For this flavor fiesta: 8 mixed chilis (feel free to choose your favorites for heat and flavor!), 3 cloves of fresh garlic, 2 tbsp of white vinegar, the bright juice of 1 lemon, 2 tsp of salt, and black pepper to taste.
