I was absolutely delighted to be part of the Earth MU tasting treat, where I discovered South African cuisine for the very first time. What was even more surprising was the twist… Combining authentic methods of cooking with locally available ingredients, and everything else that’s available in your fridge, gave us an amazing explosion of flavors. There’s something for every taste, whether you’re omnivore or vegetarian. Try and adapt, and you’ll adopt it!
